Hi! I'm Ashley Manning
Ashley Manning joined the dynamic real estate team at Southern Properties as a full-time REALTOR© in 2014. After growing her skills in the hosiery and construction industries, Ashley was ready for a new challenge. She offers a level of determination and drive that is rarely seen in this field.
Ashley is a lifelong resident of Dekalb County. Growing up in Valley Head, Ashley graduated from Valley Head High School. She earned her Paralegal Degree from Northeast Alabama Community College after maintaining an impressive 4.0 GPA, from there she continued to Jacksonville State University where she received her Real Estate License.
Ashley, her husband Eddie, and son Chance are proud to call Mentone their home. She credits her deep connections and active involvement in the communities of Valley Head and Mentone to her growing success in the real estate industry.
Ashley’s commitment to excellence drove her to work for the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, proving she has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. She has also earned the designation of Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), showing her dedication to providing the highest level of professionalism and service to builders and new home buyers. The Residential Construction Certified (RCC) designation Ashley obtained equips her with the expertise, strategies, and tools to more professionally assist anyone interested in a brand new or existing home.
Ashley graduated from the North Alabama Leadership program in 2017. She has served as the treasurer for the Dekalb County Association of Realtors (DCAR) in 2018 and in 2019. She served as Local Director for DCAR in 2020 and 2021, and as Community Service Chair in 2021. Ashley was proudly named DeKalb County’s Realtor of the Year for 2021.

Once you've found a place that catches your eye, we'll look at comparable properties in the area to help determine a purchase offer. Then we'll negotiate on your behalf with the seller to make sure you get the most favorable terms.
